Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. These terms set out your legal rights and obligations with Low Cost Cruises.
Low Cost Cruises is a UK-based cruise travel agency. Depending on the arrangements you book, we may act as an agent for a cruise line, airline, hotel, transfer company, tour operator or other travel supplier, or we may act as the organiser of a package where required by applicable law.
Your booking may therefore be subject to:
- these Booking Terms & Conditions;
- the terms and conditions of the relevant cruise line or travel supplier;
- the conditions of carriage of any airline or transport provider;
- the terms applicable to hotels, transfers, excursions, car hire and other services included in your booking; and
- applicable UK and international travel regulations.
Where supplier terms apply to your booking, those terms may impose additional cancellation, amendment, payment and other charges.
